I tried Newer Reggie and ReggieNext
None of them work

Read and understand what you're reading.

Everyone already said that you don't have to make arc.LHs, regular .arcs will work too. And if you want to open Newer's levels you should get a decompressed Newer level pack. That's it.

Zementblock has uploaded a decompressed NewerSMBW. Download that version of NewerSMBW, and you should be able to open the arc files with any version of Reggie!.

If you're not able to do so, it's an issue on your end, and the only thing you accomplish with shouting is a permanent ban.
