Having to pay for it is illegal (selling comex's creation without his permission, I'm almost sure it's without his permission).

I tried on System Menu 4.3 and nothing happened. :o I got SSBB in 2010 after a bug fix, so could Nintendo have patched this?

Make sure the Wii itself doesn't have any stage builder stages still on it.
