 ASM hacks are made with hooks so I think I have to mod the C++ tool Kamek.

Seriously, I would just focus on making levels. Newer Tools aren't what you thought they were, huh? :lol: :twisted:
Instead of saying, I WILL LEARN ASM! I WILL USE NEWER TOOLS! I WILL ADD LOTS OF FILES INSTEAD OF REPLACING!
Focus on making good levels. Modify the existing files. There are plenty. I made a nice mini-hack with those things and no ASM hacks. Just try making levels instead of ranting around triple posting every day a new thread, it's kinda annoying.
Sorry if I sound mean, but someone's got to break it to you.

 I dunno, depends on how much time you spend on learning it. C++ is acutally more important than PowerPC asm when you're doing asm hacks, so I recommend learning C++ first.

Well, we're all expirementing with Koopatlas right now. No one really knows how to make full maps except Newer Team.
For C++, you can't make an estimate. You'll get done when you get done.
