I also created a new standart tileset for this level (included in the pack) and a custom stuff downloadable here.
This also uses my water tileset (included also).
Please tell me if there is bugs, and credit Hugo5* when used.

The factory tilesets are good, but the ?-Block-Texture
looks weird to me.

I named the tileset Pa0_factory, and I'm playing on the EU version of NSMBW.

No, waterfalls aren't animated, but it's better like that.
And yes, the conveyors are rotating (they are animated).
If you want to make your own animations, look here.

Newer makes better tilesets than that .
