Possible but useless. The animation would look awful because it's a fast played animation with only 8 different pictures. In addition it is very hard to make an animation for a flower. I wouldn't manage to create 8 different pictures for a fluent flower movement with the image editor I use.

2 Flowers straight up
3 Flowers tilted right
That's what I would do.

By Flowers I mean Images for one flower.
So 3TiltLeft+2Up+3TiltRight=One flower animation.
