Story: Mario and co are on a vacation! (super mario vacation) Danster and Hammer Bro are HUGE fans of them.
Obviously peach was captured. So Danster and Hammer Bro are going to save them! With no experence.
Luckly, Captain Toad and Toadette just finished there adventure! (Captain Toads treasure hunt) Having expirence,
they decided to help them out!

Don't trash this, I suggest making this into a 1 world hack though, something you know you can finish. And if it turns out good, you can expand upon it later.
Ok, I'll try and give some constructive criticism instead of shitting in your face. The levels look alright, although the tiling is a bit messy. Also some of those sprites are really unfitting in a World One level. Such as the Shy Guys, Crates, Munchers and Barrels. Also in the second screenshot, there's a pipe connector with no pipe on it. That looks a little weird. Also having multi-coloured pipes connect like that looks a little odd. Also don't you think this project is a little ambitious? Where are you gonna find good tileset designers, music composers, map designers, and modellers when most of the good ones are busy? Also, since you're a beginner, I don't think making a full Ten World Newer hack, with little experience is such a good idea. Maybe start with a two world hack, or consider joining another hack. I tried to make this as constructive and polite as I could, so if this does offend you, I apologize.

Nice screenshots, but he tiling is a bit messy. I think you could improve the level design even more, but it's actually pretty good IMO. I'd like to make levels like I always would like to with every project, but unfortunately I don't have. Enough time. _________________________
