I loaded up riivolution,then I loaded up the custom game. When I went to the level that made my custom level on (1-3) it didn't work. Instead it showed the normal level. Not sure if I didn't save it into the files. I think I did. Is 1-3 hardcoded? I'm not sure

Check out the Riivo guide here. I know that that tutorial was the one that helped me learn how to load them correctly.
Best of luck

And Also, If you want to put custom tilesets in your NSMBW Level, please add the following lines:

<wiidisc version="1" shiftfiles="true">

<folder external="/nsmb/Stage/" disc="/Stage" create="true"/>

<folder external="/nsmb/Stage/Texture" disc="/Stage/Texture" create="true"/>

to your XML.

And Next time if you need help w/ something in NSMBW, please ask in the NSMBW Help/Questions: Ask here! Help threads will be closed. Thread.

That's a bit odd because I performed the exact same task that you did, and nothing happened.

Edit: I meant to say that it won't show the level, it only shows a black screen. I have no idea whether this is a bug, or my SD card is not supported.
