 What malstar said! Having a theme that perfectly blends together with all themes takes time. And making a bg out of it is easy but making the picture for it isn't.

 nogard13's answer wasn't bad, in my opinion a bg with one colour or a gradient would fit best to every theme (like the blue whit gradient bg from NSMBW)
