 All changes to string data in the tilesets has to be done by the user itself, it's fair enough from me to provide my files here.
There are two possibilities to change the name data:

  • Open the tileset in Puzzle and save it with another name (don't do it, if there are any tile animations in the tileset (every Pa0_ tileset contains tile animations)! The animations in the tileset will be lost then!)
  • Open the tileset in any Hex Editor and replace all the places with the tilesets name with the new name. (actually this isn't very secure, you can easily damage files)


I recommend to save the animations somewhere and inject them, after you have saved the file with Puzzle.

 The tilesets open with puzzle, but don't open on reggie. I saved them in reggie extras folder under slow compression, but they still won't open.

 You don't put them in the Reggie extras folder, but in the Stage folder reggie uses. I have a 'reggie/Stage' folder where my reggie version is linked to.
I put all the custom tilesets in C:/Users/******/Desktop/HACKING/NSMBW/reggie/Stage(my reggie is liked to this stage folder)/Texture.
