 i followed everything to the tee.. i get this message

missing: AnotherRes/systemUS_2.bin
disc verison: 2
region\; E

anyone know what this means? i downloaded the game from the newer site and put it on my sd card as shown.

 The servers that were hosting the another download were probably damaged. They might've fixed it so try redownloading it: http://www.newerteam.com/specials.html.

Best Advice After Downloading Files
Check the MD5 or SHA1 Checksum first before downloading it using MD5 Summer and compare the MD5 or SHA1 Checksum with the 2nd download. You can Download It Here
