Piped full of Piranhas by Qball

Part of my E-level remakes, this one is actually pretty accurate to the original. It's a very short level, so there is no mid-way point. There is an issue where the last star coin doesn't appear right away once you come out of the pipe. You have to go to the right and then come back to the left. That was not intended, but it keeps with the original levels theme of having to run backwards to get up to the coin.
