The Skull Raft of Super Mario World by MarioGotLaid

It is a simple level made for either 1, 2, or 3 players. You ride a skull raft on the lava river that guides you in the direction of Larry Koopaling's Castle. It replicates one level from the Valley of Bowser, the one with the Skull Raft. Made by YoshiFanNumba3. This ROM hack level can be found on youtube. It has been fully play tested unlike the others on this site, who are too lazy to do so. This is a sample level using the Skull Raft. should have more difficulties, that makes it a more challenging level that people like to try, but the limit of normal. 5/10

This isn't a ROM hack genius, the game is in ISO format, it isn't a ROM..
Also, the level is WAY to simple, 2/10..
