I tested the game on my Wii, but the title screen will not appear .

It gets stuck when the the screen with the safety band of the wii remote appears.
Is there anything that I've might had done wrong or is it just my wii? (had some problems with it while testing levels.)

I've followed yours instructions (wii 4.3E, riivolution) but when downloading this archive,
i didn't find any "boot.dol" file and don't succeed launching the game.

there isnt suppose to be a boot.dol in the download of NSS

Delete the memory-lines in the riivolution XML.

go to the folder "riivolution" and open SumSunP.xml with the editor. Then mark all of the
< memory offset ... - lines and delete them. Save it and try it again.

If you baught it before January 2010, you've got PALv1. After that date you've got PALv2.
